Two members from the DOVFD have been deployed to South Texas as part of a 1st Responder strike team. They left the DOVFD Station Monday evening and arrived safely into the Houston area around 1:00 am this morning. Double Oak FD has been assigned to assist the City of Webster with fire suppression within the city and area. The DOVFD were able to load-up the brush truck with resident donations that was organized by the Evans family.
