The Planning and Zoning Commission of the Town of Double Oak, Texas, will hold a public hearing at 7:00 o’clock, P.M., on the 23rd day of February, 2017 to consider and act upon a request from Jeffrey P. Smith to replat 3.440 acres out of the Newland & Wilcher addition Lot 1 into two 1.72 acre lots with a variance to the frontage requirement of 150 feet to approximately 137.69 of road frontage per lot. The property is located at 250 Kings Road.
This public hearing is an open meeting and you are encouraged to attend.
