In the Town’s effort to keep all residents fully informed about the proposed development at 5900 Pepperport Lane, please see the Town communication below:

Notices of Public Hearings have been sent and posted concerning the application to rezone and plat/replat the property located at 5900 Pepperport Lane from AG (Agriculture) to seven 1-acre RE (Ranch Estate) lots.

There was an error on the Public Hearing for the plat/replat that was in conflict with Town ordinance, therefore, the Town has re-noticed and re-scheduled the date for the Public Hearing for the plat/replat.
